This hill site in Huntsbury with a beautiful view towards the north captured my clients attention as the perfect spot to build an energy efficient home.
Although the section slopes moderately to the north the client's brief was to design an accessible home and to incorporate Lifemark guide lines.
The main house comprises of two bedrooms, two ensuites, a separate laundry and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. From the living area french doors lead to a timber deck with beautiful views.
The detached Sleep Out close enough to visually connect to the house, provides a third bedroom with ensuite and small lounge.
